It is required that students maintain health insurance throughout the duration of the Pathway Scholars Program, either through personal insurance or by selecting one of the options provided by the University. Coverage should start no later than July 7, 2025.
Step 1: To enroll in one of these coverage options, please send the Enrollment/Cancellation form along with your acceptance letter (saved in your Box Health folder) securely to the Campus Health Insurance Office by the deadline below: https://web.health.arizona.edu/cgi-bin/secure/insform.php
Step 2: Save your proof of insurance, whether through the University or held personally, to your Box Health folder.
